At the moment of your visit, Islamabad is not offering any short courses; however, CIL is about to start in different parts of the city. CIL is not a short course overall, but one of the venues is offering weekend intensive CIL, roughly 3 hrs on Saturday and Sunday. If suits you, please do share around.
