Ustadah Umm-e-Hafsa is a senior student of Shaykh Mufti Kamaluddin Ahmed and Alimah Sobia Ahmed. She was born and raised in Lahore and as a child, memorized the Qur’an. Along with her university education (in Pharmacy), she began her pursuit of classical Islamic learning (CIL) at Zaynab Academy studying Quran, Tafsir, Hadith, Fiqh, Usul al-Fiqh, and Arabic under traditional scholars, completing her Dars e Nizami Course in 2012. Since then she has been teaching Quran, Hadith and Arabic Grammar to students of CIL.
